Probably like many of you, I took it super easy this Halloween, simply wearing festive tees, fun earrings, and appropriate Minnie ears all week.
I had a pumpkin, but didn't even decide to carve it until Halloween day. Luckily, I was still able to pick up a carving kit, and started on my project at 7:30pm. Better late than never! Between the time and my pumpkin carving inexperience, I decided to pick a fairly simple, Ahsoka-inspired design.
I am so pleased with how it turned out!
I used a parks-inspired "Main Street Bakery" scented candle, and I'd love to tell you it helped me miss Disneyland a little less, but it probably made me miss the parks more! I made an Instagram Reel of the Halloween treats I had enjoyed at several Disney locations over the last couple of years, and it doesn't even matter if anybody else is watching it, I am watching it on repeat pretending that I got to partake in some of these treats this year.
Not being able to go to Disneyland this Halloween was a bummer, and I'll be missing it even more as the holidays approach! I know it's such a minor inconvenience in the scope of what's going on in the world, but we're still allowed to miss it.
Hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween, however you decided to celebrate!
